How to set up an account for the Talent for Growth Courses
Hello and Welcome to the Talent for Growth Moodle course management instructions.
Course 1: Sales and Retail
For full access to courses you’ll need to take a minute to create a new account for yourself on the Moodle course web site. Each of the individual courses may also have a one-time “enrollment key”, which you won’t need until later. Here are the steps:
Click on the name of the course (in red) this will take you to the “Log-In” page, then…
- Click on the “Create new account” button on the bottom right. This will open a new account form for you to fill out.
- Fill out the New Account form with your details. Be sure to include your e-mail address
- An email will be immediately sent to your email address.
- Read your email, and click on the web link it contains.
- Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.
- Now, select the course you want to participate in.
- If you are prompted for an “enrollment key” – use the one that your teacher has given you. This will “enroll” you in the course.
(Note: Your instructor will give you the password) - You can now access the full course. From now on you will only need to enter your personal username and password (in the form on the log-in page) to log in and access the Retail Sales Course you have enrolled in.
- To access the exam, and to make changes in it, click on the “Online Exam:…” button below each course entry. Login password for Lesson 1 is: “Lesson_1” ; for Lesson 2: “Lesson_2”, etc.
- Below the online exam access, there is the same exam as a PDF which you can print if you prefer to issue a printed exam. A PDF listing all correct answers is accessible from the top of the screen above the first lesson.
